Eggs, most fish, lean chicken and red meat are good.  Complex carbs such as whole wheat foods, brown rice, sweet potatoes for instance.  Avoid sweets, simple carbs and highly processed foods.  Avoid soy.

Most of the acidity in our stomach is produced from the normal acid secretions of the stomach which can bother some folks especially if they have acid reflux problems. This can be easily controlled with antacids like zantac (ranitidine) or pepcid. Prilosec is even more effective.

You need to figure out what's causing the ED to be able to best treat it.  But there are things to avoid like alcohol and nicotine.  Otherwise, your best bet is just to live health which means eating health with diet rich in colorful veggies and fruits.

Absolutely NOT!: Of a all the components that contribute to the unhealthy American lifestyle, fast food is one of the most pernicious. I advise healthy diet, regular exercise, NO FAST FOOD, not processed (white) grains, minimal processed foods, and minimal sugar (and no high fructose corn syrup). It&#x27;s easier than it sounds once you commit to it. Bottom line...NO FAST FOOD!
