Absolutely NOT!: Of a all the components that contribute to the unhealthy American lifestyle, fast food is one of the most pernicious. I advise healthy diet, regular exercise, NO FAST FOOD, not processed (white) grains, minimal processed foods, and minimal sugar (and no high fructose corn syrup). It's easier than it sounds once you commit to it. Bottom line...NO FAST FOOD!
