Sounds muscle: or joint pain, try an NSAID, if not contraindicated, warm compresses can help too, if no improvement or gets worse see your doctor, good luck

Yes it can: Depending on where aorta is enlarged the chest X-ray is quite capable of showing an enlarged dilated aorta.  Usually simple movement is not an issue.  Keeping blood pressure under control and strenuous activity might be avoided

ER now: Please get help now. Chest pain, shortness of breath or dizziness can be warning signs when you have irregular heart beats at the same time.

Our General advice : Is for people to go to the er for any worsening symptoms. U have history of anxiety which can cause your symptoms. Be aware that pe occurs in people with risk factors- clot in legs , sedentary lifestyle, history of long travel, surgery, estrogen use, clotting factor defects etc.Typical pe presents with low oxygen saturation but anything is possible. Hope everything goes well with u!

Call 911: I wouldn't take a chance.  Call 911.  You should get checked out.  Drinking water causing pain is atypical, but chest pain after strenuous exercise is very concerning.

Full exam: It can be frustrating when the cause of pain is difficult to diagnose at first, but don't give up. Get a full exam from a physician in internal medicine and get referrals to specialists who may be able to further work up your pain with more information. Good luck.

does having sle with discoid lesions make you more apt to get skin cancer?

Actually it does: Little squamous cell carcinomas are well-known to arise in scars from discoid lupus. Keep an close eye on them, get them treated as required, and you'll be okay.

how likely is it to have both lupus and ms? pcp says i have symptoms of both. upcoming apts with neuro and rheumatologist. ana neg with brain lesions.

Not likely: Both are uncommon. Vision problems with Topamax (topiramate) use is common (resulting in change in eye glass prescription) In my practice less than 20 percent of young people with T2 or FLAIR punctate lesions on MRI meet criteria for MS. A few have had what we call clinically isolated syndrome. Best of health to you.

Yes...: ...but depends on what the effect is.  Slightly worsened far or near-sightedness is normal.  Other changes may not be.

Pesticides, vacuum.: Eradication of bed bugs frequently requires a combination of pesticide and non-pesticide approaches.  Pesticides include pyrethroids, dichlorvos and malathion.  Resistance to pesticides has increased a lot over time, so mechanical approaches such as vacuuming up the insects and heat treating or wrapping mattresses have been recommended.
