Actually it does: Little squamous cell carcinomas are well-known to arise in scars from discoid lupus. Keep an close eye on them, get them treated as required, and you'll be okay.

Yes but don't freak: You are at an increased risk of squamous cell carcninoma of the skin. This is one of the "non-melanoma type" skin cancers which are slow growing and typically not life threatening. It usually present as a sore or warty growth which enlarges, most common on sun exposed areas or where lupus is. Yearly skin checks (at least depending on all risk factors) and good sun protection are musts. See a derm!
