Seems Not: There is no obvious association, as many non autistic situations have this happen.

Probably not: Most of these are of no real consequence.  If large and diverted significant blood flow from the fetus, it is possible to see some effect but this is rare.  They can be seen even in the first trimester and likely just represent vascular anatomical variation of the placenta.

Probably normal!: Up to 0.3-3.6% of all fetuses will have choroid plexus cysts noted during screening prenatal sonography. Most of the time this is an incidentaloma of no clinical significance (normal babies have this all the time). Occasionally it is associated with fetal trisomy 18 or edwards' syndrome - a severe/lethal fetal anomaly - however additional problems are typically seen in such cases. Maternit21 ok!

You misunderstand: You apparently misunderstand what choroid plexus cysts are. They are cysts in the blood vessels in the ventricles of the baby's brain. They are usually incidental findings that don't cause any proble. They would not cause you pain. The pain you are describing sound like round ligament pain, which is common. If you are concerned, talk to your ON.

Watch: Your doctor will discuss this with you.  These are usually benign findings but have been rarely associated soft genetic findings.

Blood test: The risk of trisomy 18 is assessed by doing blood genetic testing. A triple, quad or penta screen or alternatively fetal dna sequencing. If the blood test is normal then the presence of a unilateral choroid plexus cyst does not increase the risk of t18. If t18 is abnormal then a unilateral choroid plexus cyst can be supportive evidence.

Probably not: Choroid plexus cysts are not necessarily abnormal, and they usually disappear by the third trimester (you are still in your second trimester).  1-2% of people have them after birth (and they're harmless in this case).  If your doctor finds other abnormalities though, you should have some genetic testing done on the baby.

Pain: The ultrasound finding for the baby is unrelated to your pain. The pain you describe is most likely round ligament pain and is a direct result from how you are moving. Abrupt and careless movements with cause pain in your groin that is excruciating. Heating pads help, Tylenol (acetaminophen) too. Pay close attention  to how you move, sit, stand, get in and out of a car or a chair, to avoid further problems.

we just found out our water well is infected with e coli. i am 23 weeks pregnant with a baby girl that has multiple issues, cystic hygrom, choroid plexus cyst, bilater club feet, heart defect. is this related?

E Coli and pregnancy: Such a direct relation cannot be made. Sorry about your high risk pregnancy. Good luck.
