You misunderstand: You apparently misunderstand what choroid plexus cysts are. They are cysts in the blood vessels in the ventricles of the baby's brain. They are usually incidental findings that don't cause any proble. They would not cause you pain. The pain you are describing sound like round ligament pain, which is common. If you are concerned, talk to your ON.
