Sure.: Cpcs are only associated with fetal trisomy 18, not down syndrome! other fetal anomalies that can accompany cpcs include clenched fists, omphalocele, clubfeet, heart defects and renal or spinal anomalies. Single umbilical artery is also common in affected fetuses with trisomy 18 or edwards syndrome.
