Chest pain: always needs to be evaluated by your emergency room staff or your family doc.  If cardiac conditions are ruled out remember that anxiety often manifests in chest pain and see a mental health professional to learn skills to manage your anxiety.  Peace and good health.

Cardiologist: It's not clear what you mean, but if you have a supraventricular tachycardia, you probably need to have it fully characterized by a cardiologist, and to determine the actual risk and the recommended treatment -- so you don't panic. If you get panic attacks, you would most likely benefit from taking medicine to prevent them altogether.

Usual suspect: Anxiety is the likely suspect. Especially at your age w/ your medical history. If youthful cardiovascular problems are in your family history you'd know and should be examined, or if it's part of a syndrome you suffer - like Marfan's - you'd be being monitored for heart issues regularly already. It's a good idea to consider CBT therapy for skills in dealing w/ issues like anxiety, OCD. It works!

ANXIETY: This is a little confusing but it sounds like you have some anxiety and fears. SO you then have anxiety or panic attacks. Seek some therapy and go speak with some one to work on anxiety. You can also look up some techniques on YouTube like deep  breathing and relaxation.

Focusing : Focusing on your heart is not a bad idea. You could be dealing with a heart problem, anxiety, or both. There are  heart conditions (namely abnormal heart rhythm, or valvular problem) which could cause your tachycardia and chest pain. You may benefit from an evaluation with a 24 hour holter monitor (device you wear for 24 hours that records abnormal heart rhythms) and/or echocardiogram (ultrasound picture of your heart). This can be arranged by your primary care provider (pcp), by referring you to a cardiologist. This specialist will decide if these tests or any additional tests would be helpful.

At the same time your anxiety needs to be addressed. Are you seeing your pcp for this or a psychiatrist? There are medications that can help alleviate or relieve your symptoms.

Lastly your stomach issue needs to be addressed as well. You could be suffering from gastritis(inflammation of the lining of your stomach), your pcp will likely work up this problem and start treatment.

Panic vs. Heart: The symptoms for both MAY look the same.  Please go to your doc to rule out any medical condition and then see a mental health pro who treats anxiety disorders. Chronic Anxiety: No Henry, this is not a normal feeling to have in those who are not chronically anxious.  Why do you feel you need to live with this condition all the time.  There is some help to be had to lessen your symptoms and help you live a better life.  Please see your physician and ask for some help with this, get in to see a therapist as well.  There may not be a cure but there is help.
