Focusing : Focusing on your heart is not a bad idea. You could be dealing with a heart problem, anxiety, or both. There are heart conditions (namely abnormal heart rhythm, or valvular problem) which could cause your tachycardia and chest pain. You may benefit from an evaluation with a 24 hour holter monitor (device you wear for 24 hours that records abnormal heart rhythms) and/or echocardiogram (ultrasound picture of your heart). This can be arranged by your primary care provider (pcp), by referring you to a cardiologist. This specialist will decide if these tests or any additional tests would be helpful. At the same time your anxiety needs to be addressed. Are you seeing your pcp for this or a psychiatrist? There are medications that can help alleviate or relieve your symptoms. Lastly your stomach issue needs to be addressed as well. You could be suffering from gastritis(inflammation of the lining of your stomach), your pcp will likely work up this problem and start treatment. All the best to you.
