: ANA positivity is helpful in diagnosis only if clinical findings are strongly suggestive of an autoimmune disorder. At this time it doesn't appear that you have significant symptoms.   If you're very concerned, consult a rheumatologist to assess your situation.

: ANA are common, sometimes 5 out of 100 individuals tested.  There are far fewer people who have autoimmune diseases.  That means there are many, many people who have a strong positive ANA who will never go on to have an autoimmune disease.   See a rheumatologist.  Your primary care doctor may also recommend a neurologist, depending on your specific symptoms.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, ANA is a screening test. If the titer is less than 1:80, it may not be clinically meaningful. Nonspecific: The anti-nuclear antibodies (ANA) test is a nonspecific test for autoimmune disease. Additional subtypes of ANA can potentially be used along with clinical history and physical examination to determine if and what disease is present. ANA is not a test to detect cancer.

: Positive ANA with 1:320 titer is truly positive but it does not mean you have lupus, especially with that pattern. You should let us know the reason why you had this serology test done. Do not panic, ANA antibody is not specific to any specific auto-immune disease, just follow up with your doctor for further information.

Autoimmune disorder: You have an autoimmune process but these tests have to be interpreted in the light of clinical symptoms and findings. You don't mention your symptoms. AMA antibodies are directed primarily to the liver. If I were you I would look for another rheumatolgy practice in order to obtain a much earlier appointment. Try a rheumatology  department at a university hospital near you.

Not much by itself: An ANA of 1:160 is a low titter and can be seen in healthy people.  The speckled pattern is commonly associated with lupus but is not enough to make a diagnosis especially when the titer is very low. Your doctor should look at all that is going on and help to determine if i is meaningful.
