No: That is a ridiculous diet and not giving your body the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals you need. You need to speak with your doctor to discuss a more healthy way to loose weight. This is dangerous.

Good start.: I'd like to see you include a complete protein here.  The almond milk will have some protein, but it's not a complete,protein and therefore not as useful.  As well, the banana has a high glycemic index and won't give you sustained carbohydrate benefit through the morning.  Cows milk or egg whites would be complete proteins, and an apple or blueberries would give you more sustained energy.

if i eat 3 cucumbers a day and 23 almonds and just water (no salt or sugar), also walk 3 times a day (30 mins each). how long will it take me to go from 225lbs to 115lbs? (i'm 29 and 5'3?

: Drinking water is good generally. How much depends on your activity and climate. Substituting it with milk will add calories to your intake otherwise it is O.K.

Of course you can.: If you like "almond paste" there is no problem. What matters is the quantity of things you eat. I believe everything in moderation and common sense is reasonable.
Personally , i would prefer to actually eat almonds than "almond paste".

Yes: The low residue diet is utilized while you recover from an acute diverticulitis infection. Rice of almond milk is low residue. Once recovered, one wants to consume a high fiber, high liquid diet.

No: Although almond is good for  your health if not eaten more than a small handful each day, it does not cause you to lose weight. However it is likely more satisfying than other higher-caloric foods and may lead to some weight loss if you are not an obsessive eater. There is no negative calorie foods else the diet industry would have long gone.
