Trivial amount: Eating nuts is a part of good nutrition. Five almonds, soaked or day, adds very little calories to your daily intake. Just be aware of your total intake of all other caloric substances so you can keep that at a level which will cause you to lose weight or maintain weight depending upon your goal.
