If Mozibite is a brand name for this there would be no interactions between the medications. However, when you go to get your medication double check with the pharmacist.

3avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth if possible
take precautions dealing with friends/family with flu/cold.

1000-3000 mg/day: There have been only a few studies on this. They do show that l-lysine is highly effective for preventing cold sores. Some studies used doses of 1000 mg 3x/day while others used as little as 1000 mg/day. I usually advise 1500 mg/day. If you still get cold sores try raising the dose- lysine is quite safe.
