Flu Vaccine and hand: For flu flu vaccine every year to prevent flu, and for both cold and flu, you may take following hygienic precautions
1cover your nose and mouth with a tissue if you are crrying the jerm
2wash your hands as often as possiblewith soap and water, if not available alcohol based hand rub
3avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth if possible
take precautions dealing with friends/family with flu/cold.

Prevention: Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching mouth, nose or eyes with unclean hands. Cough into crock of elbow. Stay away from people who are ill. Get your influenza vaccine.

Easy: Take a flu shot. Cover nose and mouth for coughs and sneezes/ dispose of used tissues. Wash hands. Clean phone mouth pieces and do not share foods, utensils or dishes.
