Easy: Take a flu shot. Cover nose and mouth for coughs and sneezes/ dispose of used tissues. Wash hands. Clean phone mouth pieces and do not share foods, utensils or dishes.

Prevention: To avoid catching the flu – wash your hands often or use alcohol – based sanitizers. Wash hands before touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Coughing or sneezing into elbow helps to contain germs. Avoid crowds of people. Get a flu shot or flumist.
