Not necessarily.: Do you seek dominance? Do you like to self advance at the expense of others? Do you distain the truth or at war with it? Can you exercise control/impulses? Do you only like the senario: "i win-you lose."  if you are saying yes to all of these questions-the aggressive traits can be a symptom for a "disorder" that needs psychiatric/psychological attention. Not being provoked is worrisome.

Depends: First a history and physical looking for clues as to why this might be happening. Sometimes questionnaires can be helpful. If there is concern that there is a physical cause then appropriate labs will be ordered. Further evaluation by a psychologist or psychiatrist may be needed if there is concern for add/adhd, autism, etc. There are so many causes that it begins with a history and physical.

consistency often helps. Might consider iron testing. also make sure child is not having seizures.

These should be managed by a clinician with a good understanding of both medications and the condition itself. Sometimes an antidepressant can be helpful. If adhd symptoms are present, sometimes the adhd medications can be beneficial making sure that the person with autism gets good sleep is also helpful and melatonin works quite well for that in autism.Best wishes.
