Can you tell me of any good behavior plans for an aggressive child with ts?

Tourette syndrome?: if by 'ts' you mean tourette syndrome, I'd recommend making sure the child has the best possible diet as well as good quality sleep and plenty of it. Also consider a consistent behavior plan such as 123 magic by Thomas Phelan PhD or others. consistency often helps. Might consider iron testing. also make sure child is not having seizures.
