Oral allergy: If your reaction is limited to the mouth, which is usually the case with pineapple, time will heal it. This is not a life threatening allergy, it is called oral allergy syndrome. Take an oral antihistamine 30 minutes before eating it in the future or avoid it. Cooked pineapple should be ok.

Systemic reactions can be life threatening and are manifested by 2 or more organs involved at the same time (e.g. generalized hives + asthma flare). Treatment is with epinephrine, 911, and discuss discontinuing treatment. Local reactions can be treated with antihistamines, cold packs (1st 48hrs).

"Plan B": "Plan B" is usually described as oral contraceptives or the equivalent,  taken the "morning after" unprotected sex.  The "side effects" may mimic the onset of a menstrual period, with cramps and light staining secondary to withdrawal from the estrogen in the medication. It would be very unusual to have an allergic reaction, since estrogen and progesterone are natural hormones.

People who are allergic to 'penicillin" in general, will have cross sensitivity reaction to cephalosporin as well. The drug reaction can vary from mild urticarial rash to severe anaphylaxis,  which will be life a threatening situation.  Sometimes cephalosporin can give 'drug induced fever' as well. Good luck !

Depends: You should apply a moisturizer on your eyelids to help the skin heal. Some low potency steroids, such as over the counter Hydrocortisone can also help the skin heal. Most of all, avoid the triggering factor that caused the reaction. If you don't know what it is, consult an allergist or dermatologist.

Not allergy possibly: If it was an allergic reaction to monistat, the discharge would have been probably thinner, and more in quantity and would have had more itching. The medication probably is helping the condition getting better.

Can't be sure: It depends on the type of reaction. If this was the first time you took fluoxetine, I would not expect allergic sensitization to develop until about 10 or more days later. If you have GI upset from it, then the reactions can happen within 15-30 minutes but others can occur hours later.

taking methlprednisolone for allergic reaction, 6 days, 4mg.  i am trying to lose weight and now i am reading that one of the main side effects is weight gain.  is this something i can't prevent?

You can: Your hunger may be stimulated, but knowing this ahead of time will help. Put all temptations away and fill up, when hungry, on high quality salads with minimal dressing. Also, avoid salt, since you may have a tendency to retain water. If you are on for just a short amount of time, you may not notice anything. Most important is to treat your allergic reaction!
