How long for side effects or allergic reaction to the fluoxetine if just took it this morning?cause still have side effects of citalopram.

Can't be sure: It depends on the type of reaction. If this was the first time you took fluoxetine, I would not expect allergic sensitization to develop until about 10 or more days later. If you have GI upset from it, then the reactions can happen within 15-30 minutes but others can occur hours later.
