Depends: You should apply a moisturizer on your eyelids to help the skin heal. Some low potency steroids, such as over the counter Hydrocortisone can also help the skin heal. Most of all, avoid the triggering factor that caused the reaction. If you don't know what it is, consult an allergist or dermatologist.
