Also, avoid salt, since you may have a tendency to retain water. If you are on for just a short amount of time, you may not notice anything. Most important is to treat your allergic reaction!

No: Taking steroid pills short term will not make a person retain more fat. People may retain more water, but that easily corrects itself once the steroids are finished.
