Allergy?: Itching is a symptom of a possible allergy. See if you can narrow it down by trying one at a time and then group them by what does or does not affect you. Or see an allergist for help.

Should: Nicotine and its metabolites usually clear out in about 10 days. Do not take replacement nicotine gum or patches and do not expose yourself to passive smoke.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Beans make an excellent protein source, help lower cholesterol, and can be prepared in a wide variety of ways. Try to include them in your daily diet.

Eating fruits and: Fruits and vegetable  is a very useful health style that has far reaching  beneficial effect. I am not so sure that it will make your face younger. If premature aging is your goal , you may succeed. Good luck.

Early habits: Most of the times if  the kids have been used to eating their fruit& veges before entering school, they'll stick to them if you don't give in when they try to get out of it.For the ones, who have been difficult early on toeat them, try making a connection between good things they achieve & healthy food choices.  My patients, usually start eating them once they come in 4 well child visits!
