Liver lesions: Liver lesions or "spots" are very common and most of the time are not something to worry about.  Many lesions can be safely characterized and watching via imaging studies such as CT scans and ultrasound.  Rarely, biopsy of a liver lesion is indicated.

Didn't get to see it: "Excluded" means it wasn't in the pictures. Somehow, the tech or someone made a mistake and didn't get enough pictures. The abdomen starts at the diaphragm (which covers the top, or dome, of the liver on the right side). A CT of the abdomen should go from the diaphragm through the pelvis. However, in your case they started lower down - missing the top (or dome) of the liver.

ct scan report shows mass lesion in liver. these do not show any obious early contrast wash out on subsequent phase image it shows central non enhancing scar please tell me about this?

: Sometimes CT scans of the liver are done with subsequent wash out phases to look for liver hemangiomas which are benign growths in liver related to blood vessels.  In your case, it sounds like a mass lesion was found which is highly concerning.  Please follow up with physician that ordered the study as cancer will need to be ruled out.

characterize.  ultrasound showed normal liver blood flow etc. should i worry ?

Because of liability, radiologists sometimes point out something they see but they cannot explain and most of the time the doctors who order the test do not concern about it and I have the same feeling.
This is one of the reasons we sometimes do not want patients have access to the study results.

Liver: Yes you can. steatohepatitis, simple put fat deposits in your liver can be excerated by poor fatty diet, or high consumption of alcohol. I had a patient that became depressed after his divorce. resorted to alcohol, binging, and drinking a pint of vodka on a daily. he induced liver changes very quickly.

Liver scar: The term fibrosis means scarring which is usually caused by repetitive inflammation.  In the liver this can be caused by many things including infection with a hepatitis virus, excessive fat deposition in liver cells,other toxins.  The problem with fibrosis is that it can crowd out the normal liver cells and cause your liver to not function properly (cirrhosis)  You need workup for causes of this
