What does a cat scan image of the abdomen and pelvis reveal?

A CAT scan: With contrast provides 3d slices of all of the organs, today every 3mm, and these can be reconstructed to provide coronal (front to back) and saggital (right to left from the side) views. These were developed 40 years ago and incredibly changed medicine.
