my family doctor told me that my adrenal gland what producing to much aldosterone hormones which cause me to have low potassium is this serious?

Aldosteroneoma: Sometimes you can have a (benign) tumor on one adrenal that makes too much aldosterone.  It causes hypertension and low k. It can be treated with aldactone, (spironolactone) but sometimes surgery can cure it.  But sometimes it is not surgically curable. The condition is serious if not treated, mainly due to the hypertension and low k.

i am 46 yrs old male, diagnose with hypokalemia, my doctor said he has to remove my right adrenal gland because of benign tumor.

Ok: What is your question the tumor can be removed. If benign this is good. The hypokalemia can be corrected. So you should be good to go

No!: Fixed magnets (as opposed to powered electromagnets) produce weak magnetic fields. There is no compelling evidence that these types of magnets exert any physiological effect. They should have no effect on adrenal glands or potassium. Furthermore magnets do not "improve blood flow". The iron in your blood exists in a form that is totally non-magnetic (like rust).

Tests: Mild thickening of the adrenal gland is very non-specific. May mena nothing. More concerning are the labs. Gfr should be greater than 60, creatinine less than 1 and potassium between 3-4. It sound like moderate kidney failure and needs to be adressed right away.

with hyperaldosterone  due to  over active adrenal gland. potassium levels  now at 2.5 @ dropping . if meds do not work what is next ? thanks

Intensify treatment: There are different forms of hyperaldosteronism. Some are treated with surgery while others treated with med. In general, med should work and the potassium should improve. If not, increase the dose, change med or restart potassium supplementation until it is normal. Also, make sure magnesium level is normal.  Follow closely with your treating physician.

Acidosis: A large anion gap usually signifies to myuch acid in your blood this needs to be assessed by a Nephrologist

No: Adrenal "fatigue" is not a medical diagnosis.  It has been used to describe a set of symtoms that people have, usually unrelated to adrenal function.  Testosterone is made by the testicles and to a small degree by the ovaries.  There are other, less potent androgens made by the adrenal gland (dhea).

doctor has called for a urine sample due to low adrenal gland numbers in blood test results. what could be causing low adrenal gland numbers?

Many possibilities: A 24 hr urine test is more accurate for the overall level of cortisol in your system, as apposed to a one time check in your blood, since your level of cortisol normally fluctuates throughout the day.  Your random check may be normal for the time of day, but it may also be caused by adrenal fatigue, an autoimmune disease, or rarely, tumors.

i had a spot on adrenal gland, blood work results were high aspartate aminotransferase level, low phosphate level and high platelet mean volume. help.

Test results: You are analyzing your test results and getting panicky.  Relax.  Talk to your doctor, who is in the best position to connect the dots.  A "spot" on the adrenal may be nothing and the other test results may not be significant either.  Test results need to be interpreted in the context of your symptoms and physical exam, and how much outside the normal range.
