What does it mean mild thickening adrenal gland. gfr24/creatinine 2.2, / potassium 5.5?

Tests: Mild thickening of the adrenal gland is very non-specific. May mena nothing. More concerning are the labs. Gfr should be greater than 60, creatinine less than 1 and potassium between 3-4. It sound like moderate kidney failure and needs to be adressed right away.
