Not really: Adrenal fatigue is not a recognized condition. There are no validated criteria to diagnose it, nor proven treatments. Adrenal insufficiency is a rare serious condition for which we have diagnostic criteria. However most fatigued people don't have adrenal insufficiency.

It often leads to chronic fatigue syndrome.  It ends up with low DHEA and low cortisol.  Lifestyle is impt.

The is no medical literature to date to support the notion that use of adrenal "by product" remedies (available over the counter with no prescription) are helpful.
