Adrenal Fatigue: Adrenal fatigue is something that is not recognized in traditional allopathic medical training. In functional medicine and integrative medicine, we treat it all day long. It is caused by stress, either physical or mental or both and can be a severe one-time stress or chronic stress. It often leads to chronic fatigue syndrome. It ends up with low DHEA and low cortisol. Lifestyle is impt.

Many possibilities.: There are innumerable medical, nutritional and emotional conditions that include being tired as a symptom. These range from simple issues to those far more complex. A good checkup and blood testing would be a good starting point. If you're embarking on a regimen for adrenal fatigue, just make sure the diagnosis is accurate and the work up is complete.
