dx w/ benign pleomorphic adenoma on palate. it is sometimes flat and spreads out and other times shrinks and gets firm. this is located right above a deep cavity. could this actually be from a cavity?  pushing on lesion with tongue seperated it.

Palate lesion: A dentist or oral surgeon would have to examine you to determine if there is an abscess from an infected upper tooth and whether there is any relation to the palate lesion. An adenoma probably wouldn't be.

Pituitary tumor: evolving meant changing/growing.  apoplexy is bleeding into tumor that can cause severe headache and even shock but can be more indolent.  Pituitary adenomas can aslo grow during pregnancy.

my hepatic adenoma was biopsied in 2010. f/u scans show three new lesions. should i in my new state and doc ask for a new bx? has grown.

Yes You should: Original biopsy was almost  3  years ago, hepatic adenomas has slight tendency for malignant transformation  , you want to make sure those three lesions are benign , early detection and resection will give best results , please go for it is relatively low risk procedure. Good luck.

They are benign, but one argument for removal is.."is it a fibroadenoma?"  a biopsy of the breast is the best choice!
