No: Fibroadenoma is benign and not considered cancerous.

Fibroadenoma: A fibroadenoma is not considered cancerous. However, cancer can occasionally arise within fibroadenomas. So if there is any sudden change (i.e. Increase in size), you should see your doctor for further evaluation.
