See a doctor!: Guess what: Repeating the same question with different words won't get different answers. As discussed previously, chlamydia isn't known to trigger herpes outbeaks. And "burning sensation on my penis" is NOT a herpes symptom if there are no blisters or sores. Yeast infection is a possibilty. As advised previously, stop screwing around and see a doctor about it.

GERD: You may have GERD and an antacid and proton pump inhibitor found over the counter may provide relief. Avoid spicy foods, caffeine and eating two hours prior to bedtime.  If the pain persists an imaging test called a Barium swallow may be indicated. Please discuss with your physician.

In general, burning sensations or pains suggest nerve involvement. Nerve pain (neuropathy) causes burning and tingling, and be caused by nerve injury, irritation or infection. One cause of burning with nothing else can be a first sign of shingles.Write more.
