Unusual: Unusual as buring pain is usually neurologic in origin. Check for amyloidosis or nerve/spinal cord impingement.

These symptoms are: Consistent with your diagnosis. Fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion meaning you have explained away or eliminated other potential sources/causes of your pain.
