Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids can cause rectal pain, and even a burning sensation. However, there are other causes of rectal buring to include fissures, dermatitis, infection, IBS, worms, reactions to foods or fragrances, and many others. An examination by a doctor is the best way to find the cause of the symptoms.
