It involves an increase in motility of the colon in response to stretch in the stomach & byproducts of digestion in the small intestine. It's responsible for the urge to defecate following a meal. The small intestine shows a similar motility response. The gastrocolic reflex helps make room for more food.

Math problem: Assuming you were in a relative steady state prior to your exercise program.....To loose 1 stone or 14 pounds you need to have a negative caloric intake of approximately 46, 200 calories. At 300 calories per day you would reach your goal in 154 days.  As you can see, exercise must be coupled with a diet program to work best.  "healthy" diet does not always equal low calorie diet.

Hmmm: Not sure if there is something yuo can do that preferentially lets you keep your breast fat.  The breasts store fat like all the adipose cells in your body.

Glucose ; exercise: Check w/your doc to see if you have pre-diabetes or diabetes.  Pre-diabetes is rampant and makes one sluggish, unmotivated, and foggy in thinking.  If so, use mark hyman, md, book called the low blood sugar solution.  Baby steps--literally walking a little each day is a wonderful beginning.  Catch this before it gets out of hand.

Choose 5+ servings of fruit and vegetables daily, and 3-5 servings of whole grain. Protein serving size is a deck of cards: 2-4/day. Then exercise--burn 500 cal at least 5 days a week.Unless you have thyroid problems, hormones likely not an issue,though may cause other symptoms

Satiety can be: achieved w/good fats. Low fat diet will not do it.  Please see a nutritionist and a trainer at a gym after you see your doc for clearance.  Good fats include olive oil, fish oil, and coconut oil.  Avoid transfats found in packaged foods. Peace and good health.

Exercise : Adding exercise and self control by reducing portion intake and eating the right foods while counting calories is best.  Increase fruit and fiber intake if not eating enough. Take a yoga course or start swimming if not already. Good, low impact exercises. If considering surgical options, know that the best procedures  and surgtons usually require that one starts losing weight first.
