"Unremarkable": Common medical jargon for "no abnormality" or "normal".  There is nothing on the xray to remark on.

Depends : would need to hear the detailed report to be sure but this usually refers to evidence that someone had TB in the past and it has left a scar.  If you were treated for TB then likely nothing more will need to be done. If you have never been treated, you may need to be treated for either active or latent TB. This decision would be based on your history and symptoms.

Probably nothing: Scar tissues can be a common finding on chest x-rays which most probably does not have any significance. However it should be interpreted with clinical findings if any. Your doctor may be helpful in this.

More testing: neg. sputum smears do not exclude active TB, you need a quanterferon gold blood test and a bronchoscopy to exclude active TB
looking at an old CXR is also worthwhile
more history and symptoms are lacking in your question

latent tb or something else?i am from the philippines with a history of bcg vaccines (3x).came here in the us 10 yrs ago. tested + in my tb skin test, chest x-ray result found a soft tissue mass-like consolidation(left upper lung).no symptoms of tb.

QTB: Need to get quantiferon test. If positive confirms latent tb. For lung lesion I would recommend CT CHEST

Non active disease: Granuloma is usually related to tuberculosis, histoplasmosis, or coccidiodomycosis. Human body makes granulomatous reaction to organism. If calcified, small, and not changing usually means that it is inactive disease.

WHY?: Depends. If there is an important reason why a 7 yr old needs that frequent an x-ray evaluation and not getting the x-ray resulted in harm then the x-rays would be safer than not getting them. Otherwise, the small but not zero risk of exposure cannot be justified. Why would this need to be done and for how long?
