Veins: What form of contact did you incur?If worried  re infection then be seen by a physician ASAP .Veins are usu seen in forearms and lower extremities as these are the most dependent parts,are more frequently exposed &amp; thus visible.If there has been loss of fat below the skin visibility is enhanced.Do you have varicose veins?Get checked out by physical exam.

Position: Normal veins fill and bulge by the action of gravity when placed in a downward position below the level of your heart because they are low pressure, thin walled structures. Try this: raise your hands above your head like you're "raising your hand to answer a question in school" and hold that position for 30 seconds. The veins should collapse and just about disappear. If they do, you're normal.

Bulging veins: Prominent ("bulging") veins is normal and almost never a sign of a health problem. Veins tend to be more prominent toward the end of the day. This is nothing to worry about, but if you remain concerned, discuss with your personal physician.

Less likely but possible are more serious conditions: congestive heart failure, liver and kidney disorders.See your physician!

my left arm has pins and needles, burning in my forearm, pain in my shoulder and neck, i have 2 bulging discs in my neck but  the pain is severe, already had a spinal manipulation and a facet injection in january but i dont think it worked?

No: Cervical disc herniations can but not disc bulges these are often asymptomatic incidental findings  more likely than not. Cant be used to explain nerve dysfunction so great so as to cause weakness exploration of another theory for arm weakness is  in your best interest
