Can bulging spinal disks cause u to have problems with the raising of your arm. 3 disks on left side of back. problem raising left arm for 4 months.

No: Cervical disc herniations can but not disc bulges these are often asymptomatic incidental findings more likely than not. Cant be used to explain nerve dysfunction so great so as to cause weakness exploration of another theory for arm weakness is in your best interest

Not exactly: Disc bulges or herniated discs in your back cannot really affect your arms. You may have some problems in your cervical spine, which could explain your arm symptoms. Bring this up to your spine surgeon.
