Gallbladder no stone: Back pain after meals can be referred pain from gallbladder or from pancreatic origin.  One can have abnormal contraction of gallbladder which can bring about similar pain as if one has stones. Test which evaluates it called cck hida. If this is the case then removing gallbladder can sometimes  elevate symptoms. Back pain after meals also ?Mean pancreatic pathology(inflammation, scarring, cancer).

i have this mass that my doctor thought was a cyst but it's still here after 9 months. had 2 ultrasounds. i'm not in pain but i am concerned. ?

Depends: entirely on where the cyst is and on the size.  Assuming it's ovarian, your doctor may choose to continue following by ultrasound and only do something else if it becomes painful or is enlarging.  Why don't you tell your doctor you are concerned and ask for the complete plan for dealing with this?  If you are not comfortable, get another opinion.  Good luck.

how likely  is cirrhosis? ultrasound 9 months ago showed some fatty liver changes. everything else  normal. relapsed twice. now in remission. thanks.

Depends: There is only so much insult that a liver can take. It is imperative that you keep your weight under-control, refrain from alcohol entirely, avoid drugs/medications toxic to liver, e.g., acetaminophen. Consult your doctor about diet that may be suitable for you.
Get Hep B vaccine if you have not done so. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i got called back for additional 3d xrays on my right breast. they did nine additional xrays. how much radiation is this ? i have to go back again in three months for more xrays. should i tell them to go light on xrays and do an ultrasound instead?

Radiographs: Today's digital imaging uses very little radiation since the "film" is actually a sensor that is very sensitive and does not require much to capture an image. Radiographs and ultrasound are quite different in the information they obtain. Your physician is concerned about what has been seen in prior images and wants make sure you're taken care of correctly.

Conceive: You need to have an ultrasound, and measure the crown-rump length.  This will give you an estimate of gestational age.

Miscarriage?: Inability to see a pregnancy in the uterus at 9 wks after bleeding means either a spontaneous abortion (miscarriage) or an ectopic pregnancy outside of the uterus. Did an earlier sono show an early uterine pregnancy? If yes, then you miscarried. If no then could be either and they need to confirm that your HCG levels are dropping (miscarriage) or not (ectopic). Very important to know the differenc.

2 weeks past duedate: I'm not 100% sure i understand your question. But if you are stating that you are two weeks past your due date, the general recommendation is to be delivered. There is an increased risk of adverse outcomes continuing a pregnancy  past 42 weeks gestation.

Ultrasound: It is very unlikely unless the ultrasound is read by someone without any experience. But, mistakes do occur.

Are you: referring to estimating dates in pregnancy?  Ultrasounds are operator dependent and therefore accuracy is related to the experience and skill of the sonographer.  That having been said, dates being off by 2 months would be highly unusual and unlikely.

can ultrasound detect that you had undergone dnc 1 month after?

Very rarely   : Ultrasound would rarely reveal if you have had a dnc a month before as the blood and debris would have passed normally.  If you had a dnc for retained products of conception then this may still show something on an ultrasound but only rarely.
