Gallbladder no stone: Back pain after meals can be referred pain from gallbladder or from pancreatic origin. One can have abnormal contraction of gallbladder which can bring about similar pain as if one has stones. Test which evaluates it called cck hida. If this is the case then removing gallbladder can sometimes elevate symptoms. Back pain after meals also ?Mean pancreatic pathology(inflammation, scarring, cancer).

May not be: A gallbladder condition . Are you seeing a specialist such as a gastroenterologist? Have you had endoscopy? Maybe will need a gallbladder hida scan too. See a doctor to order the best tests for you.
