Is it possible for ultrasound to be wrong by 2 months?

Are you: referring to estimating dates in pregnancy? Ultrasounds are operator dependent and therefore accuracy is related to the experience and skill of the sonographer. That having been said, dates being off by 2 months would be highly unusual and unlikely.
