Weight fluctuating: Depends on a variety of factors.  -  food intact,  fluid intact  clothes and time of day.   Best recommendation - weigh yourself at the same time every day - ie right before a shower when you are naked.   Pay attention to whether you have emptied your bladder or bowels  prior to weighing yourself as that may cause some weight flucuations as well.

Probably not: This temporary change in bowel habits is likely normla.  At 83 years of age, however, your dad should routinely be undergoing screening for colon cancer anyway, either by colonoscopy or stool analysis.   If he has not done this in the past 2 years, talk to his doctor.

What's really in it?: It's almost certain you signed an agreement, when you started on accutane, not to drink alcohol. Keeping a promise is a matter of principle. If the "rice vinegar" is a concoction that someone makes from real ethanol as a folk medicine, you're breaking a promise. However, most "rice vinegar" has the ethanol oxidized to acetic acid. That's harmless flavor, though there's probably no health benefit.

Dean Ornish, MD: The Ornish Diet causes significant lowering of abnormal lipids and causes reduction in plaque by 5 years.  It is a 10% diet and has proven better, with mucho better support than other more recent supplements and drugs.  Plus you save money and learn all the other things to do to reverse disease in blood vessels and heart.  Good luck.

although have a high fibre diet with rice ,still get constipation which lasts for 5-7 days at a time regularly although i do admit eat chicken and pork twice a day .senokot works next day but don't want to keep taking it as want natural,ideas please?

Constipation.: I would start by changing the type of fiber that you are getting in your diet. Rice in general is not usually a high-fiber food. Better would be some type of cereal grain. There are many different high-fiber cereals available. You could even consider adding psyllium fiber to your diet as a supplement. Drink plenty of liquid. If this does not help, see your doctor.
