OK to take it: You can take ibuprofen (Advil) and alcohol at the same time, in moderation. Don't over drink, but alcohol in moderation is fine now.

my two year old has a fever ranged from 103-101 advil drops the fever and he has no other symptoms.he does have two bug bites on his back that showed up this morning. my one year old does not have a fever and my two year old acts just fine he has been eat

He should be fine!: Mosquito borne disease usually has an incubation period a bit longer than you mentioned.  He is also doing well overall without painful and/or swollen joints; sore muscles/aching tendons; extensive skin rashes; tiredness;headaches and swollen lymph nodes. Put 1% Hydrocortisone cream on the bug bites or apply cool compresses.  Oral antihistamine like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 2.5ml could be offerred at night.

Please : Please call the clinic again and discuss your situation.  I am very concerned that you could have a significant tear.  It will most likely heal on its own, but it sounds like you are in a lot of pain.  Hopefully you will be able to get in sooner.

If you have increased bleeding, still have pain, fever, or discharge, then you must go to the er.

Ciprodex ear drops: As an ear surgeon, i only use quinolone ear drops. An example of this type of drop would be Ciprodex which is a combination of Ciprofloxacin and dexamethasone.  Most swimmers ear responds to this within 3 days. Typically still have you finish a 7 day course.  Additionally, if your ear canal skin is very swollen your doc may need to place a wick in the ear canal to allow the drops to enter the ear.

i'm busy and accidentally took two advil 200 mg pills two hours after i had already taken two of the advil pills. will this make me sick?

Advil: If you are generally healthy, in particular if your kidney function is typically normal, you should be able to metabolize 800mg of Advil (ibuprofen) well enough.  There is a prescription dosage of ibuprofen that is 800mg in a single pill. It can be hard on the stomach and kidneys, however, so try not to take that much at once without first checking with your doctor.

Depends how much ?: Of you took Advil sinus is  Advil with decongescent and Advil PM is Advil with Benadryl. Usually there is 200 - 400 mg in a pill of Advil . maximum dose of Advil is 800 mg every 8 h ( 3 x  24 hours) . Always take with food . Some decongescent can upset sleep and offsetting with Advil PM not greatest idea but ok short time. Drink plenty of fluids, steam inhalation, nasal saline rinse to help conges

can someone overdose on advil? like if they take too much in one sitting? i get some painful headaches so i'm wondering if i were to take like idk 20 would i die from it or would you need more for that? and whats the safest amount to take for headach?

: With advil OTC, the strength is 200 mg for one tablet and an otherwise healthy young adult can take a maximal dose of 600 mg (3 tablets of 200 mg) every 6 or 800 mg (4 tablet of 200 mg) every 8 hours so the total tablets should not more than 12 tablets of 200 mg in 24 hours.
For headache, you should not take more than twice a day at maximal dose and do not take more than 2 days a week. Take care.

: What for? If you have a cold, take acetaminophen for pain and fever, no more than 4 g in a day, no alcohol.
You should not take Celestimine, unless prescribed by a doctor.

over max dose : You should not take over 3200mg in 24 hrs. Take with food and make sure there are no contraindications to you taking this med and there are no drug interactions with any medications you are taking.
