Please : Please call the clinic again and discuss your situation. I am very concerned that you could have a significant tear. It will most likely heal on its own, but it sounds like you are in a lot of pain. Hopefully you will be able to get in sooner. If you have increased bleeding, still have pain, fever, or discharge, then you must go to the er.
