Advil: If you are generally healthy, in particular if your kidney function is typically normal, you should be able to metabolize 800mg of Advil (ibuprofen) well enough. There is a prescription dosage of ibuprofen that is 800mg in a single pill. It can be hard on the stomach and kidneys, however, so try not to take that much at once without first checking with your doctor.
