Should i stop using flonase if it makes my nose bleed? would rhinocort be a better option?

Maybe: Flonase does contain alcohol which can irritate some peoples noses. Rhinocort can also cause nasal bleeding but it does not contain the alcohol which is in Flonase. It might be best to stop both for a few days.

Daily bloody nasal mucus and bleeding inside the top of my nose for 2 weeks. I have chronic rhinitis and take a decongestant, 2 allergy meds & Flonase. I also use saline. Have septum deviation & enlarged turbinates. What could be causing this?
What makes your nose bleed? And what I can do besides mucinex, fluticasone?
