Nasal decongestant: Small capillaries in the skin of the nose can break open and bleed. Dry weather, cold air makes this more likely. Untreated hypertension can cause nose bleeds too. Consider checking out the pharmacy aisle for nasal decongestants. They will help moisturize the nares and constrict the capillaries. Have your blood pressure checked at the sit down put your arm in the unit BP machine at the store.
