Knee immobilizer: This would be the least expensive and get the job done till you get the MRI and your dr diagnoses you. It will rest the knee for you.

What knee MRI mean? Lateral meniscus: abnormal anterior horn at and adjacent to the root ligament attachment. Tear and early meniscal cyst formation.
MRI shows I tore ACL, lateral meniscus root, MCL, and small impaction fracture of lateral tibial plateau. Won't see a surgeon for another week. Is it safe to walk around with a brace with no crutches or will it make my knee worse?
