UTI, Neck, shoulder stiffness, chest pain, numbness in hands. Tunnel vision but only had it for 10 seconds? Tired and sleepy

Do neck muscle stiffness cause nerve compression of that area or nerve compression cause neck and shoulder muscle stiffness?

I have had neck/shoulder pain/stiffness along with a small lump on the back of my neck for about 11 days (also sore throat). The pain mostly went away after a week, but the lump remains, and now have scalp/neck itchiness. Neg mono test/normal xray?
