I'm not sure these varied symptoms are interrelated. An examination of your ear to exclude an ear canal or ear drum infection is needed. In the absence of shoulder injury or overuse syndrome, osteoarthritis (wear&tear) or chronic tendinitis are likely. I'm concerned about apparently recent constipation persisting for 2 weeks. Have you had a normal colonoscopy. Are you able to pass gas? See MD.
