I had a laterjet surgery on my shoulder approximately 1 week ago is alright to remove my sling around my house doing light activities and if i could sleep without it. i am experiencing little to no pain, just stiffness. ?

Ask the doc: No two cases of surgery are identical nor would their post operative instructions. This is best determined by the surgeon who did the procedure who knows all the factors of your case. If it takes a while to get through leave things as they are until you are cleared to change them.
